The Daily Office consists of services of prayer in the morning and the evening. These are among the most ancient services in the Church and were developed into the service we see today through the worship of Cathedrals and Monastery until the present day. Once an obligation for all Christians, it is not only the clergy who are bound by Church law to recite these offices. However, you are encouraged to join with us and the Church across the world for these prayers.

The modern versions of these services comprise of several services that are still said separately in many monastic communities. Psalms, passages from scripture and the Canticles form the content of the services which can be either said or sung.

If you wish to say these yourselves, and you are encouraged to do so, then they are available below. Simply click the link and follow the service. For more information about developing your own prayer life see the faith section of this website or contact one the team who would be happy to help.
I rise before dawn and cry for help; I put my hope in your words. My eyes are awake before each watch of the night, that I may meditate on your promise.
Psalms 119:147-148
