HRH the Duke of Edinburgh

Following the announcement of the death of his Royal Highness Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh on 9th of April we are remembering as a benefice his contribution to our country and the wider world.

We also hold in our thoughts and prayers Our Queen and her family as they mourn his loss.

Most merciful God, whose wisdom is beyond our understanding,
surround the Queen and the Royal Family with your love,
that they may not be overwhelmed by their loss,
but have confidence in your goodness,
and strength to meet the days to come.
We ask this through Christ our Lord Amen

In this time of Pandemic the Church of England has started an on line book of condolence the link of which is    https://www.churchofengland.org/remembering-his-royal-highness-prince-philip  if you would like to add your own message.
